Exam Study Plan
Enter the exam date, the hours you can study per day, and each subject’s amount and your confidence in it. The tool splits your study time across subjects, sets aside a review period, and gives you a weekly plan and a calendar file.

Example
Take two subjects with the same amount, one you know well and one you do not. With 15 hours of new-material time, the first gets 5 hours and the second 10. Press “Load an example” to try a 30-day plan with a 7-day review period.
How it works
Each subject’s amount is multiplied by its confidence weight (High 1, Medium 1.5, Low 2). The hours for new material are divided in proportion to those results, and the review days are kept at the end, before the exam.
It is a reference plan. It does not check the exam schedule or what you need to pass, and it cannot promise a result.
Frequently asked questions
How are study hours split between subjects?
Enter the exam date, a start date, and each subject’s amount and your confidence in it. Confidence High has a weight of 1, Medium 1.5 and Low 2, so a subject you know less gets more time for the same amount. This is a rule set by this site for a general reference plan, not a pass standard. If subjects use different units, such as pages and lectures, convert them to similar amounts of work first.
How is the review period kept apart from new material?
The review period is counted in calendar days back from the exam date, and only the days you chose to study get hours, even inside it. The exam day itself is not a study day. The new-material time is the number of study days before the review period times your hours per day, and it is shared out by each subject’s weight. For example, 15 hours of new material for two subjects of the same amount with High and Low confidence becomes 5 and 10 hours.
How do I know whether I have enough time?
If there is no study day for new material, the tool says it is not enough. Otherwise it does not decide whether you can finish, because your speed per page or per lecture is not an input. Compare the hours and the amount per day for each subject with your own pace. If you are slower, add study time or days, or cut the scope. Check the exam date and requirements with the organizer.
How do I put the plan in my calendar?
Check the weekly hours and each subject’s hours in the result table, then download the .ics file and import it into your calendar app. Each study day starts at 9:00 and lasts as long as your hours per day, and you can move it in the calendar. The file holds up to 500 study days. Your input is not saved or sent, and the site sends no reminders, so set any alerts in your calendar app.
