Privacy Policy

LifeQnA has no accounts or contact forms and does not send what you type into a tool to our servers. Ads are served by Google AdSense and visits are measured with Google Analytics, both of which may use cookies.

What you type into a tool

Numbers, text and searches you enter are processed in your browser only. We have no server that stores accounts or tool inputs. A few English tools remember things in this browser’s storage (localStorage) only: your US or metric unit choice, the list you save in Household Replacement and Cleaning Reminders, your Moving in Korea Checklist, the entries in the Noise Log (times, noise types, loudness, reference levels and notes), and the screen calibration in the Ring Size Calculator (not your measurements). The Noise Log uses the microphone only after you press Start measuring; sound is never recorded or sent, and levels are not sent to analytics. Nothing is synced to other devices. You can change or reset these in each tool, or clear your browser data to delete them.

Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)

This site shows ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits.

  • Data processed: cookies and ad identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and ad views and clicks (collected by Google)
  • Purpose: showing ads, personalized ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud
  • Transfer: sent over the internet to Google LLC (USA) and its partners when you open a page. Retention follows Google’s policies.

Opting out of personalized ads

  • Turn off personalized ads in My Ad Center.
  • Opt out of other vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser; every tool still works.

Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are used and where the tools can be improved. It uses cookies to tell visitors apart; we only look at statistics that do not identify you.

  • Data processed: cookie identifier, page address and referrer, time on page and scrolling, outbound link clicks, browser and device information, approximate location from your IP address (collected by Google)
  • Tool usage: whether you started using a tool, pressed a calculate or search button, or used a copy or share button. What you typed, your search terms and your results are never sent; site search and form interaction tracking are turned off.
  • Opt out: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block cookies in your browser.

Hosting and access logs

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). For security and delivery, Cloudflare processes access logs such as IP address, time, requested address and browser information, kept according to Cloudflare’s policies. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.

Deletion and contact
